What to Expect During Your Free Discovery Call

During a 15-20 minute discovery call, you can ask me questions about my approach, how I practice, results I have seen, and more. I am also able to learn more about what you need support with so we can determine if it is a good fit. Often, the first step after a discovery call is booking an intake appointment!
