Personalized and Compassionate Nutrition Therapy
During our 75 minute initial nutrition appointment, we will do a thorough intake to truly understand you. We learn more about your lifestyle, stress levels, sleep habits, hormone health, social engagement, eating patterns and more. Then, we will set some goals and come up with a nutrition plan together. We will also determine frequency of visits at this time.

During our 45-55 minute follow up nutrition appointments, we will dive deep into your relationship to food and body, goals related to health and wellness, and whether your symptoms are improving. We meet with you every 1-2 weeks at first, depending on what level of support you need.

After learning more about your favorite foods, authentic food preferences, foods that bring you joy, and cooking abilities, we put together personalized recipe collections and meal plans for you. This is especially beneficial if you are a busy working professional, have a large family, or if you are in recovery from an eating disorder.

Imagine having a personalized roadmap to your health, taking a deep dive into your body systems and learning more about your symptoms on a cellular level. After reviewing your results, your dietitian puts together a highly individualized and realistic nutrition care plan that leaves you feeling informed, rather than overwhelmed.

If you are interested in using supplements as part of your nutrition journey, we use a platform called Fullscript that allows us to make individualized supplement recommendations. Supplements can be a helpful adjunct therapy for digestive distress, poor sleep, blood sugar regulation, cholesterol health, thyroid health and inflammation, amongst other conditions.
During a 90 minute in-home cooking lesson, you will learn various kitchen skills, meal prep and batch cooking techniques, become more comfortable with flavor pairing and more. This is also great if you are learning to trust your relationship with food again and need some support in the kitchen. In- home cooking lessons are covered by insurance. **Available in the Portland area only.

Let's meet at your favorite grocery store and learn how to make shopping efficient, fun and easy. During this 60-90 minute educational grocery store tour, we will implement the work we do together in session IRL! Grocery store tours are great if you were recently diagnosed with a health condition and need to change your diet, if you want to learn more about food in general, or if you have disordered eating and want to explore grocery shopping with support. Grocery store tours are covered by insurance. **Available in the Portland area only.
