I draw on the principles of intuitive eating and health autonomy so that our work together feels approachable, personalized, and sustainable. I specialize in treating eating disorders, and often utilize somatic practices in my work with clients. I also enjoy supporting folks navigating chronic health conditions like diabetes and IBS using a weight inclusive, non-diet approach.
