Supportive and Individualized

Movement Consultations offer a supportive, individualized space to explore how physical activity fits into your life through a lens of relationship to food and body. This is not personal training. You won’t be led through workouts or given a prescriptive plan. Instead, we focus on conversation, education, and collaborative problem-solving to help you find ways of moving that feel sustainable, effective, and aligned with your body’s needs. With a background in applied exercise science and personal training, as well as a Health at Every Size–informed approach, Delaney Sump, MS, RDN provides guidance that centers your lived experience rather than external rules or expectations.

This service may be a good fit if you:

  • Are interested in starting or returning to strength training and don’t know where to begin

  • Want to feel more confident in a gym or other exercise-related setting

  • Are experiencing body changes in midlife or menopause and want to adapt how you move
