Movement Consultations offer a supportive, individualized space to explore how physical activity fits into your life through a lens of relationship to food and body. This is not personal training. You won’t be led through workouts or given a prescriptive plan. Instead, we focus on conversation, education, and collaborative problem-solving to help you find ways of moving that feel sustainable, effective, and aligned with your body’s needs. With a background in applied exercise science and personal training, as well as a Health at Every Size–informed approach, Delaney Sump, MS, RDN provides guidance that centers your lived experience rather than external rules or expectations.
